Can I reach you on WhatsApp?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 324 9210896 for prices, samples or a quick question. Send the commodity, quantity and discharge port and we reply with a written offer.
Do you send samples before an order?
Yes. Pre-shipment samples are couriered on request, and for a private label order a production sample is sent before the run. Ask for them in the notes of your request.
Can one container carry several products?
Yes. Rice, pulses, spices and pantry lines can travel together. Each line is quoted and documented separately, so you can drop one without re-quoting the rest.
What is the minimum order?
Each product page states the minimum for that line. A mixed container lets you combine smaller quantities of several lines into one load.
Can you pack under our brand?
Yes. Private label is the default. Send your artwork, barcodes and label text in English and Arabic, approve a printed proof, and the run starts after your approval.
Which documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice and packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate for plant products, fumigation certificate where the market requires it, halal certificate on request. Anything your market needs beyond these is confirmed before you order.
Can an inspection company check the lot?
Yes. Name the inspection body you work with and the inspection is arranged before loading.
Which incoterms and payment terms do you work on?
Tell us the basis and terms you buy on in the request. The terms that apply to your order are confirmed in the written offer and on the proforma invoice.
How quickly do you reply?
