Six things we do on every order
01 Sourcing. Mills, processors and packers are vetted before a first order and re-checked each crop year. We buy on your specification, not on whatever is cheapest that week.
02 Grading. Every lot is sampled against the grade written on your order: broken percentage, moisture, purity and admixture. Off-spec lots are rejected before packing, not after loading.
03 Packing. Retail pouches from 400 g, PP and jute bags to 50 kg, cartons for bottles and jars. Liners, bag prints and carton counts are set on the proforma invoice.
04 Private label. Your artwork, your barcodes, English and Arabic label text. You approve a printed proof before the run, and the proof is kept on file for repeat orders.
05 Documents. Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates, plus any buyer-specific attestation.
06 Loading. Booking, stuffing supervision and container photographs before the doors close, so you can see what went in.
